Are they low availability? The chances of you getting a game with a low availability are pretty low. Make sure at least one of them have "Available Now" or "High" and move it to the top.

If you go to "My Account" you can see what city your games are shipping from. The UPS. But yes 2-4 business days.

Go to Build Mode and use Rb or Lb if you're on the Xbox 360. L1 or R1 for the PS3.
