If Fallout: New Vegas wasn't plagued by constant glitches would it be a good game?

As someone who has hundreds of in game hours on this game I can say that it has more glitches than you'll prob ever come across. At the same time it is a complete open world full of people creatures lakes and buildings along with alot of other things that make it hard to track everything. If your game freezes alot when playing the only thing I can say is save often and every few hours restart your console. Hopefully with the next few dlc's they'll fix more of the glitches, or at the very least the 2 major ones.

I think it would be cool to be in either Alaska or Canada. Like mikyruiz said, I really enjoyed the Operation Anchorage add on and think that bethesda could definitely make a game out of that. Not to mention I think a nice snowy climate would be a nice change to the normal "wasteland" setting. I'd like to see what a mutated polar bear would look like....
