No, It was an issue with their website. It has been fixed now and it will be available for rent just like it would be normally.

why does it take so long for you to receive and send my game

I'm in the same boat. I live in New New Mexico the shipping center is in Austin Texas (approximately 700 miles.) This is the second game that this has happened with. It's not worth it to pay $22 to play 2 games a month. 8 days total to receive a new game is just dumb imo. And thats if you're lucky and get the next game on your Q. I have waited up to week just to get the game I wanted.
