If it's user-created you'll have to search for it in the user creations part of the game. There's a ton of custom levels that other players have made, some of the stuff you've seen on youtube might not be actual game content.

You can't be an active member without a credit card number on. You can switch cards as a member, but you can't just wipe a card from an account without cancelling.
