Not that I know of. Unless you just upgraded them in which case you can redo the upgrade unless you confirmed it already.

you can customize their apperance after the opening scene. and you can customize their abilities based on what you think they should use throughout the game when you level up

as far as I know the USPS is not suffering a strike but I have noticed that they seem to be processing things a lot slower than they usually do here lately. because something that would normally have been delivered with mondays mail was not delivered until today. maybe its just my local postal office since we have a new carrier about once a month maybe more
