where did u buy it? if u bought it off gamefly report it. Don't wait to the last minute to do. do it instantly contact them and if possible call. and if you got it at a store just go back if its under the policy days witch it should because you said you just got it they would be glad to replace it. just say when you opened it, it was like that and you would like another copy even exchange.
