Does every character have their own story in story mode?

not quite, u play each faction, wu wei shu and now there is a jin faction. the is an "other" group of characters as well, but only 4 story modes. some instances youy will play as the same character for a few battles then it switches. you do not choose character in story mode. of wu wei and shu, its kind of the same story but taking different sides and seeing different endings. the jin story is after the fall of the three kingdoms its better to say each faction has its own story and you will play as multiple characters through out

be patient, since portal is available according to your game q it will probably be sent out later this evening, i have a 3 game plan and no games out right now, wanted mortal kombat but i wasnt quick enough i guess, but your chances on portal sound pretty good on being sent out later today

how long will it take to get my first game?

Depending how close you are to the nearest shipping facility, and when the game was shipped out. most likely 2-5 days, also depending on mail volume that day. Remember there isnt a "gamefly mail van" its the usps delievering your games, sometimes the mail is fast most of the time its slow

Gamefly seems to honor and respect which games u have the most interest in. if you dont want to wait for a popular game to become available and want to play something, move an available game up in your Q, Most of the time, within 24 hours it will be shipped if it stays available. Always keep a few popular games at the top, and an available game not far behind so you always have a game to play!

Why do games have varying return rates?

Happens to me too, your not the only one. Just think how many games they receive and send out in a day, its a lot! The nearest facility to me is about 500 miles away. So figure everyone in a 500 mile radius or more sends back a game on the same day. Each game has to be opened and scanned then verified and your account updated, The next game in your Q has to be located, packaged shipped and your account updated again. Patience Young Grasshopper ;)

I have found that the top ten games or so are focused on in your game Q. Lets say . . . if the top 6 games are unavailable, you may get the 7th in your Q. OR if your top 10 games are "unavailable" or have "low,med, availability", game fly respects your game q and sometimes will not send you a game until one of higher interest is available.You shouldn't be getting games you don't want. If you don't want them don't add them to your Game Q :)

when you check out (before you confirm order) there will be a place to enter a coupon code if you have one, or a drop down menu to select a coupon linked to your account, such as "5 gamefly dollar coupons"
