You can have 4 games out at once if you payed for that, and usually if the games status is high, they will send it that day, Medium and it MIGHT send the same day

If it was a week ago then report a shipping error. They wont charge you if you sent it back and it got lost in the mail.

What state are you in? If your right by a GF center then they would get it in a day, if not, might take up to 3 days for them to say they got it.
