Not sure why this perplexes some. If you have two games at home and you send one back, they send you another from your list. If you send two back, they send you two from your list. Its that simple. :-)

No. Sometimes when I receive a game, there is no cardboard. Its supposed to protect the disk is all.

lol, no. They send you your next game only when they receive it first. Anybody can say its in the mail, but how do they know that? They get your game, they send you another, that simple.

They send you everything that comes with the disk just like you bought it from the store; case, manual, any inserts that was originally included. Everything, minus the shrink wrap. ;-)
