You know, I thought this was the question/answer section, but lately it's just been people ranting and complaining about a certain game that just came out.
I don't think a new dashboard is really needed. Everything I want to access is easy to find. I guess I've just become accustomed to the current dashboard.
I have two open slots for half a month with Rage being the only game in my que for a week and I didn't get sent a copy... I'm switching to qwikster when it comes out.
When it says "at home" it doesn't mean it has arrived to your house. It just means that Gamefly has shipped the game to your house. Wait a few days and it will arrive.
You don't receive an online pass unless you buy the game.
If you rent the game from Gamefly, then you don't receive an online pass. If you buy it from Gamefly, then they will send you the online pass along with everything.
If you're trying to rent a game that came out this year, then you'll probably have to wait a few days for them to send it. I suggest trying to rent older games.
How long has it been? If you haven't received it in over a week, then report a shipping problem.
