If you want a gaming laptop then $700 not within your range. If your trying to stay within that limit if your up for building a bare bones system and invest in a decent video card. Maybe in the $200 to $250 range. You can even buy a $500 prebuilt pc and just add the video card but just remember to replace the power supply as most pc's comp with a 300 to 400W psu. Video card usually require a 500W or higher.

Just download the gamefly client and login with the same userid/pass used when you bought the game and it should be available to download. Just like Steam if you are familiar with that

You need to have the Premium version which was only released in Japan to play it. That release contains a bonus disc with the NES version of Metal Gear. So the best thing you can do is either nothing or download a emulator & Metal Gear rom and play it on the PC. Google is your friend if you need help finding either

Your computer has issues most likely. If your on an old XP machine don't expect to run much or anything for that matter. If new then check comp for virus'. If unresponsive then you probably have lots of programs running at the same time as that included all the programs your computer starts up with from the get go. Check the system tray next to the clock. If you have a bunch then thats why your computer is running slow and also why it sucks

PC games cannot be rented. Some are offered free on gamefly but they are no means rented. PC is a different platform and should not be considered as a console. Skyrim will be best on PC provided you have an awesome video card and pc to play it

Yes but it depends on the controller. If your trying to use a ps3 or 360 controller there is no native support but can be used with the use of a joystick emu like xpadder.
