It is a charge off amount used by gamefly to ensure your credit card information is correct and your account is in good standing. The money never actually leaves the account and will Drop Off in the next few days.

Yes and you will recieve them if you purchase a game along with any codes needed to play online or download free content.

Yes. When you keep a game you are mailed the Case, Manual, and anything else included in the case at time of release. I.E. Online Codes, Free Content Codes, Coupons... ect.
