If you are using the GameFly issued game downloader client you should be able to go to 'All Games' and either click on the game and click 'Uninstall game'.

Try including the games name in the Title or tags.

You didn't list the game.... Try putting the games name somewhere in the title or tags.

Once you are logged in go to the 'My Account' button at the right hand top of the page and there should be a 'Upgrade' button near the middle of the page and then continue through the pages as asked.

Sometimes it seems the service is quite slow, I have experienced this myself sometimes the Postal office thing works but sometimes it doesn't. I honestly believe that the Postal office scanning only happens occasionally, maybe because it is in a Beta stage.

Nope, they operate on Monday - Saturday the same time as the US postal service

It should be from 3-5 weekdays because it travels by the US postal service.
