No, but it may be possible in the future if the game comes out in a game of the year form or another similar form. The disc may come with the DLC disks with it such as Game of the year edition of Fallout 3.

I'm assuming you are talking about zombies, don't stay in one spot, become familiar with the locations of pack a punch and perks, get good weapons and then upgrade, don't shoot at the man covered in ice (forget his name), once you have perks and upgraded weapons take him down, find nice spot, maybe even try the circle mehtod at the bottom of the light house.

If you are playing ascension, get a zeus cannon and a ray gun, and run around outside of the pack a punch room, after every so many zombies kill them and repeat.
