You need to contact Gamefly if you did not receive the game within a 7 day period. They have no way of knowing if you received something in your mailbox or not. Click this link to send them a email http://www.gamefly.com/help/
I am guessing you mean fast return. There is no option for this. If your post office supports this feature then they will scan the game upon receiving it and it will send a electronic message to Gamefly to ship your next game.
Me and three other friends got the games as soon as it came out and they had server problems for a month after the game was out. The campaign is horrible and takes 3 hours to beat. The online is a joke and my ranked got glitched and reset. A lot of glitches prevent some people from passing the logo screen when you even put the game in, but time has passed and maybe THQ fixed it, Also THQ should not be making a shooter
