  If you keep the game you rented, you will not get a new copy you will keep what they sent you without the DLC. You will need to buy a brand new copy of the game to get the DLC that comes with it.

  A very long time if you are waiting for it on GF. Unfortunately there is no way to know how long players are going to be using it, so if its popular assume it can take several months in the worse case scenario

  Nothing you can do but wait. Unless of course you have the $60 and really want to buy it instead of waiting. I personally don't think Dishonored is worth $60, I would wait until its available for rent.

  No, DLC is restricted to a one time use. Companies are doing this to in order to take more money from consumers.
