If you are renting 2 games, do you have to return both games at the same time or can you return 1 at a time?

You can send either game at any time you want. Just don't forget to send them back if you decide to cancel your Gamefly service.

I returned my game a week ago, why don't I have a new one at my house yet?

If you were told already that the games were sent to you then there is a good chance that is lost within all the mail at a post office somewhere and so it will take a little longer then the 2-4 days Gamefly says the game will reach you or if you recently moved to a place like a motel/hotel then there may be some address issues which happened with me. If they have not told you a game was sent to you then you need to contact Gamefly Customer Support as soon as possible to resolve your issue.

You have to pay for the game since you broke Gamefly's game while it was in your possession. The price probably will be what Gamefly would sell the game used otherwise you are paying the price of a brand new game.
