First login, then go to "My Account". On the left hand side there's a box called "ACCOUNT PROFILE" after you see the box look for "Change My Membership Plan" and click it. Then scroll down and you'll see "My Membership Terms" once you find it look under the terms and you'll see "Cancel My Membership" and there you go! Its cancelled! Hoped I helped!

It takes time for them to scan it, check its back etc. It may even be in the mail still. I know the wait is sometimes long. Thats the only downside to it.
