If the game on the top of your Q is not 'Available Now', sometimes GameFly will try to wait a couple days to get your top choice game in and ship it to you.
If your top choice game is 'Available Now', I don't know what to tell you.
It depends how far away you live from the nearest shipping center. They mostly outline the outside of the country, so if you live in the middle, it will take a little longer for you to get your game.
You can check which shipping center you're getting your games from by going to 'My Account' and clicking 'Shipping Address Info'.
Log-in to GameFly and click the 'My Account' button in the top right. After that, click the 'Report a Shipping/Purchase Problem', click the problem game, and report that it didn't work. Most likely GameFly will ask you to send back the damaged game ASAP and will send the next game on your list.
