As long as you have an account with gamefly you can keep your rental as long as you like. Once you cancel though you will need to send the game back ASAP. I would suggest sending the game back before you cancel that way you know it will get to them in a timely manner.

Click rent then the game will be added to your game Q. After which the game on the top of your list in the Q will be the first one shipped to your address. If you wish to buy, click keep and your purchase will be made.

In the upper righ hand corner of the web page click on my account. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and there is a link "cancle my account" click on that.

Depending on where you are loacted from your gamefly shipping center your game could take from 2 to 5 days to get to your address.

All games that are purchased will come with cases and manuals.

Most of the rented games will not come the online pass as it can only be used once. Either it has already been used or you must purchase the game to get the online pass.

If you cancel your membership you are expected to ship the game back asap.
