If it said it was shipped over a month ago, you may want to report it as stolen at this point unfortunately. It should take 3-4 days to get to you...definitely not a month. Unless you didn't get an email saying it was shipped to you. Then that's a different story.

Why has only one of the available games been shipped even though I am on the two game plan?

The second one should be shipped before they close today. Especially if you have 30 games on there. It may just take a while for them to go through a system of "what to ship". They may be trying some Low/Medium availability ones first (if they are higher on the list), then proceeding with the rest of the list. Is the next game in your list "Available now" ?

I believe Microsoft and Sony have an agreement to not release their new consoles until 2014. So, I wouldn't expect to see anything in 2012/2013. I'm fairly certain this is real consoles and not handhelds. Handhelds can be released between then if Microsoft decides to make one. I'm surprised they haven't yet at this point.

Was there a weekend involved? Was it close to a holiday weekend? In New York I usually get my games shipped in 3-4 days. The quickest I've seen I think was 2 days. The quickest turnaround seems to be when they ship the game out on a Monday. When there is a weekend involved, I've had to wait longer due to USPS being closed Sunday. On top of that, however, due to Memorial Day Weekend it took a little bit longer to get games that week I found.

when i sign up for the free trial is it really a free trial or is there any additional pay

You have to put your credit card in when you register. It's similar to paid online games. If you don't cancel the subscription or send the games back in time before the 10 days is over, you will be billed for the "2 at a time" package and then have another month of service.
