XCOM for me right now. Replay-ability, Hard (REALLY HARD) especially on the harder difficulty settings, quality strategy game. From your list I can tell you don't play strategy games, but do yourself a favor and atleast rent it and try it. From your list I would sort it like this; Battlefield (PC) > Batman arkam city > Elder scrolls > Halo > left for dead > Black ops > MW3 > Battlefield (console) > all others

No, you need to sign up with a credit card. They don't charge you for the free trial though.
