If your envelope is ripped it would be best to pack the game in its sleeve with the cardboard cover and to return it in a package envelope, they make new envelopes with every shipping. I don't believe they will send you a replacement.

i rented 2 games and they said they shipped then i cancelled my account what if they dont send?

if the games are never returned you will be charged i belive after 1 month. go to customer support and report that the games were never received and they will not charge you, inform them that you canceled your account so they don'T send you a extra copy.

Assassins Creed: Brotherhood is not Assassins Creed III, It is simply a continuation of Assassins Creed II. Assassins Creed III's story line has been hinted at and discussed by Patrice Désilets, former series' creative director of the Assassins Creed Series. The story is suppose to revolve around Desmond trying to prevent the end of the world in 2012. More information will hopefully be available soon. I'd expect it to come out on December 21, 2012 to play into the story line.

I generally get my games in a 4-7 day period. But i keep my games for around a month so maybe they put me on a higher necessity need since my Q has been sitting for that whole month? Its one of the great mysteries of life. O.o

All matters of shipping and handling are dealt with by the US Postal Service. If a game takes longer than a week to be registered as "Returned" it is a fault on their side. GameFly has a arrangement with the US Postal Service to where when you game reaches the post office they are suppose to tell them so that they can get the next game in your Q out ASAP.

It really all depends on the where you are in relation to a gamefly station and how available a game is that you want. When i rent games it generally takes 4-7 days for the game to arrive.
