I usually have a 3-4 day wait for my games, really depends on your location, and if there is a Sunday or Holiday in there. Your queue should say whether or not it has shipped. If it has shipped, I would at least give it until the middle of the week before worrying, especially since yesterday was Sunday.

From what I've read, it does look like the game will have DLC. However, I've haven't been able to find the nature of this DLC, and they usually don't reveal the price until the DLC is actually live.

Really depends on your location. My games usually take 3-5 days to reach me, longer if there is a Sunday or holiday in there. As Sunni said though, you should just go to your queue and report a shipping problem.

When updates are made to any game on a console, you will be notified that there is an update when you boot up the game, as long as your console is connected to the internet.

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but for consoles you have to download the Hulu app from that consoles respective market place. However, to stream hulu on consoles, you have to have an active hulu account, which can be set-up on the Hulu website.
