Some games can play on the 360 but some cant, some popular ones that can are prince of persia games and halo games, but i suggest u rent the prince of persia trilogy that comes out in a few days or halo 3 or halo odst or halo reach.

Well if u mean did not work as in a bad disc, send it back and contact customer service and ask them to send u a functioning copy. Or if your not a telephone person , just send it back and rent it again, take a gamble and try to get a functioning copy. Or! Maybe something is wrong with your system. OR! You put the disc in the wrong way multiple times. OR!!!! u can try a different game because lego batman sucks. Your welcome. :]
