Well...first...try another game..probably multiple games..if they work fine it has to be the disc...check for scratches...run water over the disc and wipe with 100% cotton material...and try again..if that doesnt work send it back and get another disc

Rockband is not as well put together as guitar hero...simply put GH has way better features and you'll enjoy it more.

Email gamefly and tell them it doesnt work...they'lll tell you what to do from there. They'll probably have you send it back and you'll get a new one
