http://www.gamefly.com/activity/report-shipping-problem/ Go here select the game and click "The game was damaged, scratched, or unplayable." They will either send you a new copy of the game or send you the next game in your Q if the one you want is unavailable (just re-add it to your GameQ) and they will clean/fix/dispose of the disc so you won't get that one again

If you haven't played any of the older games I say give them a try though its not necessary to do so. Though all the older games are great I own the original 2 for my PS and PS2 and still play them from time to time though I do want to buy the HD remakes and try them out. But the stories are pretty separate so you can jump in any time. If you want to know more about the story or at least the general ideas watch the movie though it is pretty graphic it sums up the first 3 games pretty nicely and has most of the major enemies you would fight in them.

The problem with making local co-op games via split screen drastically impacts graphics performance but there are plenty of games out there that are local co-op.

It's all about your connection speed if you have a poor connection you will have slower downloads. If you are using WiFi to download that's even worse the best thing you can do is hard wire your console to the internet (via ethernet cable) If it still happens I don't know what to do to help you other than suggest you get a higher Mb/sec connection. But like I said its a lot better if you hardwire your console rather than use WiFi if possible.

You can only use them to purchase used games from GameFly. You "CAN NOT" use them to purchase new games or pre-order games from GameFly.

Go to GameQ and click report a shipping problem which is located underneath "My Games" then select the game that you lost the sleeve then select "I lost the game's sleeve." They will tell you what to do from there.

they aren't giving them out to everyone but they are still e-mailing people. I signed up about 2-3 weeks ago and finally got my invite the other day. You have to realize there's thousands of users that use this service and even if only 1/4 of them singed up it will take them a while to get around to you. Just keep checking your e-mails. Plus the digital service is supposed to be going live sometime during the holiday season.

There's really no way to get the game you want specifically just put them in the top 5 in your GameQ (they try to send you your top 5 first before moving on to top 10) and you will get them eventually. You have to realize there are thousands of other people that use this service. It just takes a little patience and a fair bit of luck to get them. Just have a little patience and you will get the games you want.

It has its high points and its low points. I've played it here and there. I will give it one thing it definitely is different and it can be fun as long as you aren't going up against people 10+ ranks higher than you. If that's the case it can be quite frustrating since they have all sorts of nifty tools to help them out but if you are just starting out you really don't have too much. They really didn't balance it all that well, but if you are looking for something other than an FPS or TPS (third-person shooter) this is definitely the way to go. It runs pretty smoothly though it seems to take forever to get into a good game but once you are in one its rather fun and nearly lagless. (My experience was on an XBOX 360 I couldn't tell you how it is on PS3)
