I am in the same predicament u r in... my original Xbox was getting old and I figured it would crap out sooner than later..... so I considered trading it in and getting a PS3... but I bought a new Xbox360 instead.... the PS3 is still pretty high priced... and like the Xbox it will probably have some newer version coming out within the next few years, especially with the hacking issues.... "HACKERS RUIN GAMING FOR ALL REAL GAMERS"..... and as for the exclusives, there are some really awesome ones to choose from, but there are many more on the Xbox, and most great games are on both..... if I could afford both I would definitely have both, and if u can go for it... but to choose only one system the Xbox 360 is more better in my opinion
