Yeah customer service usually responds. With a canned response and lame excuses but good luck trying, maybe you will get a real respons...

Good luck getting through. Every time I have tried to call I get a busy signal. Four hours of telephone customer service..sheesh. Yet another jab at us. Take our money, never give us our top choices and make it near impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone, leaving email the only option. That takes 48 hours at least for a response and almost every time is canned response, no real answers to any question/complaint/issue.

Good luck getting an straight answer. I never, ever get mine. I always have to settle for 6 month old games. Their ads say 'Get the hottest titles' yet we never can seem to. Interesting no?

I have NEVER gotten my first Q. Not a single time. They always send something far lower in my list. Even they my first and second choice has been sitting on those spots for about a month. I honestly believe something is wrong here. I have seen friends just put a brand new title in their first Q and then within 24 hours it gets shipped. I try that and it doesn't. It seems to be happening to more of us with 2 out a time. The 1 out seem to get their choices first.

From what I know. It will not. You will just get the game, no bonuses or specials.
