If you rented a PC game, you'd install it on your computer. You wouldn't need the disc anymore, so you would have all the PC games you could ever want for $15 every two months.

Stop the download, uninstall any Gamefly files, restart your computer and try to re-install it. If that doesn't work, then I'm not sure what will :/

No, they simply let you keep the game. You don't have to send it back, and you can continue to rent more games
