Once you end the trial, you're supposed to send the game in immediately. The sooner, the better. If you wait too long, you'll be billed for the game.

They say that those fans aren't good for the Xbox because it has to draw more power to run the fan. Does it say Open Tray for every game or just one? Try cleaning the disks. My Xbox does that sometimes, too. I have to open and close the tray a few times. Sometimes I even have to give my Xbox a little love tap on the top ;) If that doesn't work, you may need to clean the lens. You could take it to your local game store or repair shop. Call or email first to get an estimate.

You have to buy the game. Go to the game that you currently have at home and click Keep. Once you pay for the game, the case and manuals will be shipped to you.
