You need to access your Game Q in order to see whether or not they have shipped the next game. Also, if Saint's Row: The Third is not the only game in your Q, there is not a 100% chance that they will send that game next. They send games based on their availability. Even if that game is at the top of your game Q, it may have a low availability, which means that they will more than likely send a different game to you that is in your Q that has a higher availability. Check your Q to see if they have sent it. If they have, then you should be expecting it soon. It usually only takes a couple of days for the games to reach your house, depending on how close you are located to the nearest shipping center. Hope this helps!

I don't really quite understand what you are asking here. You can buy a certain game for PC that is also on Xbox, but you can not play the same disc on two platforms. What you can do, however, is plug a wired Xbox controller into your PC and use that to play your games on there. If you are asking if you can play on LIVE cross platform, no you can not. With most games, using a mouse and keyboard may be easier than using the Xbox controller, or vice versa.
