1. You can "mod" Skyrim a few months ago I downloaded a save edit for skyim that had the options to play through the game in god mode, basically everything is unlocked and your dude flings people through the air if you hit them. I believe there are other save edits out there that have more modding done to them that you can bring to the console, but its not modding in the traditional sense
