My prayers have been answered!!…This is definitely the greatest thing to happen to video gaming since the XBox. I really love the 'Keep' option. Now not only can I rent games without leaving the house, but I can keep 'em instead of sending them back and running out to the store to buy it.

A few weeks back I wrote you a letter of concern about game availability…only two of the games on my list were available "now." As you can see…that has drastically changed. I thank you wholeheartedly for adjusting to increasing demand rather than trying to "get by" with available stock, which is the single biggest problem I've had with other online rental services. You have proven yourself wonderfully and I am proud to be a Gamefly customer, but more importantly I'm glad I have been proved right to everyone I have recommended Gamefly to.
