Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls
- Answer an average of 80-100 inquiries per day
- Process game replacement requests
- Handle billing issues
- Process incoming cancellation calls
- Ticket and log all calls in CRM system (RightNow)
- Work with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues
Required Skills and Personal Characteristics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage medium to heavy inbound email volume
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
- Strong typing skills
- Courteous and professional manner, even in tense situations
- Prior customer service and email support experience a plus
Desired Experience and Education
- Entry level
- High school or equivalent
