Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls
  • Answer an average of 80-100 inquiries per day
  • Process game replacement requests
  • Handle billing issues
  • Process incoming cancellation calls
  • Ticket and log all calls in CRM system (RightNow)
  • Work with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues
Required Skills and Personal Characteristics
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively manage medium to heavy inbound email volume
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
  • Strong typing skills
  • Courteous and professional manner, even in tense situations
  • Prior customer service and email support experience a plus
Desired Experience and Education
  • Entry level
  • High school or equivalent
