This game is as close to having your own personal trainer as you get.

The game is unique and helps you lose weight and get in shape. It helps your goals and gives you a work out and meal menu to help achieve those goals.

The music could have a little work other then that I give this self help game a solid 9 out of 10.

Maya is the answer. This game is a something totally else. Instead playing the game, it feels that the game is playing you. Maya tells you what to do and you do it! Awesome idea!

well I should have known this was a girls game. I guess I was just hoping. Its a great idea and Im sure it will be great if you are a girl but the least they could have done is integrate some stuff in there for guys. How many guys use 5lb hand weights. Well maybe Im the only badass here, who knows......

suppose not many gamers bench over 200lbs
