Would be great if you could use the one remote with the steering wheel rather than having to use the nunchuck to steer. It is very hard to steer with nunchuck, too bad they couldn't make it where you can have a choice to use the regular remote with the wheel.

played this on a wii, and did not like it. while the graphics are good, i found the bike very hard to control and keep on the track. If there is a storyline as it says in the game description, i could not find it. I had trouble getting past the first series of races, which i found very frustrating. All told unless your desperate for a motocross game, i would stay away from yamaha supercross!

Arena bike racing can be a fun sport to get into - if it is done properly.
But Yamaha Supercross doesn't do it properly.
First off, the graphics are ugly. No matter which track you pick from the 18 (all but six locked) tracks, you get the same bland looking ground, the same badly rendered back drop, and some very bad looking bikes.
But wait, there's more - problems. The controls to this game feel stiff and imprecise; going around corners is a pain.
Also, my rider would wipe out even when he lands on a large, flat patch of dirt. Watching the AI zip around the corners and over the jumps with ease is very infuriating.
Even the designs on some of the tracks felt wrong. Why would you put a large jump right before a sharp turn? So you can watch players fly right off the track?
And to top off this bike wreck is the lack of an in game tutorial on how the controls work (or don't work).
Even at $20, Yamaha Supercross is one game that's not worth your time. SKIP IT.
