Its alright. Has it's moments, but it's called X-Men 3, the official game of the movie. But it doesn't show anything from the movie. And, it also became vary boring and difficult game to deal with.

The game looks decent enough but the best aspect of it are the Nightcrawler segments. His powers are fast and easy to use and the gameplay surrounding him is smooth and exciting, BUT you have to jump storylines from time to time and play Iceman and Wolverine which aren't nearly as interesting as Nightcrawler. Wolverine's movements are much slower and far less interesting than Crawler's and Iceman's levels are pretty much the same thing over and over with different areas. The extras in the game are not worth the trouble of fighting your way to and the Danger Room levels you unlock are pretty worthless and dull with no reward.

I'd rent it just to test it out but I wouldn't waste my money buying it.

It's far too linear a game to hold your attention for very long. Don't get caught up in the movie hype as this game doesn't connmect to the movie plot of X3, it's supposed to be a story that takes place between X 2 and 3 but it feels disconnected and empty and the FMV's are ridiculous. Fully rendered images sliding around with no mouth movement at all when characters are talking. Totally useless.

This game is the weakest x-men game ever! You can only be three different characters, Wolverine, Ice man, and night crawler. Every level is pretty much the same stuff over and over. It is redundant and not a very good style of game play. They could have done a much better job. Perhaps being able to play as more than just three different characters would have been good, and maybe change the style of game play every other level or so would have been good as well. Oh well to each his own. I suggest don't even waist your time!
