Wolfenstein for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

I played the first and second levels and then upon loading the third level my xbox 360 froze. I could not even load my xbox dashboard! I thought perhaps this was a problem with my xbox however I went onto the wolfenstein forum pages and noticed that I was by far not the only person experiencing this problem. Those using both xbox 360 and PS3 were all experiencing the same problem. It was not always the same level however all the same problem. Freezing on the loading screen. This game was a waste of time. I am very glad I have gamefly and could just return it rather than have paid 50 dollars to buy a game that does not work. Activision is supposedly working on a fix for this however the game has been out for a while and it still exists! Beware of renting or buying this game!

i played all of the wolfenstein titles and i was very excited about this game and put it on my Q as soon as it was on gamefly.the graphics are good,(RE-5 being excellent) i was disappointed that the cod 4 engine was not utilized,graphics aside, the story is lackluster at best,the weapons are very good and can be upgraded as well as veil powers which makes the game all the better, the campaign is long and there are alot of items to find,gold,intel and veil tomes all over the game and finding them all is a challenge in itself,the music is ok,nothing steller,controls are good too although weapon selection can be cumbersome in a firefight it works,voice overs aren't impressive but your only blasting nazis, i really enjoyed this game and was happily wasting hours away, 21:37 to be exact when my game froze and there's nothing i nor the latest XBL update can do to fix it,6 hrs from finishing the game and it's a total loss.in this day and age there's no reason for this complete lack of QC, the game was rushed out the door as is the norm with activision and it shows,this one major bug killed a very good game,i would have rated the game an 8 but the glitch turns the 8 into a 1. as a consumer i'm glad i use gamefly and i don't recommend playing this game as the frustration isn't worth it.i must say that if i didn't have gamefly i would have dropped $60 for this game and i would have pursued every legal option to get my hard earned money back,so there you go, a great game killed by a complete lack of any QC whatsoever and with activision claiming it's your console the bug may never be fixed.
avoid this game unless you enjoy a game crashing.
