I don't know what you guys are talking about. This is actually one of my favorite games this year. The graphics are about the same as Dishonored which i actually consider good graphics. For you guys saying that it was too hard what difficulty were you playing it on?? I was playing on medium and it was a bit of a challenge but the game isn't supposed to be easy. I like how it blended the gore and weapons of new games with the old-school health systems and how the AI worked don't get me wrong the AI are smart but there will be these times when your standing at a door way and a guy will run like in old style games. I also loved the cover system. It's not some snap-to stuff like Ghosts, it's just hold a button behind cover and you can lean around it or peak over. I only experienced one real glitch. I shot a guy and he didn't fall over. (I ended up using him for cover!)There were a couple of times that the textures went kinda weird on me but nothing game breaking. It didn't really have that much of a story to it but BJ Blazkowics is a cool enough character to make up for it. Overall I absolutely loved the game. This is probably one of the best games so far in 2014. I didn't really pay attention to the trailers so idk what you guys were expecting from this but i loved it

I was so eager to see the way they handled the twist of germans having won. I was blown away to see the game is 4 discs thinking it was going to be epic. After enduring the 6gb required download I sat down eager to get my mind blown, after all its a Bethesda game. While it was a bit entertaining it did end up being a let down. The game ended up being half game half cut scenes. The levels were very linear with exploring being simple and mostly pointless as discovering secrets doesn't do anything use full and the game is too short to gain or make use of character upgrades. The worst part of the game was you never got to see what the new german controlled world looks like. I really wanted to see and explore that idea but most levels give you very little view of this new world. it was worth a rent and a night of gaming but I hope nobody wastes money buying it cuz it is way too short and no replay value. I'm really dissapointed in Bethesda, and have to ask why 4 discs? do all those cut scenes need that much disc space? To sum it up,rent this one, just be warned the game doesn't come close to realizing its potential, all it does succeed at well is making you want more, more game, more enemies, more level size and more exploration of the german world. Having come from such a reputable company that has given us great games I have to ask what happened? but, still worth checking out for a day or 2,still good enough to play thru.
First off, while everyone is praising Bethesda, and well deserved, "id" is the master at work here, somehow people are forgetting that. I have yet to play a bad id game. This game has the best graphics since RAGE on 360, I have experienced 0 glitches so no idea what people are talking about on that end. The cut scenes are not that lengthy and are quite entertaining. If someone is falling asleep through these, there are larger health issues for that person at hand.
On to the game itself, well crafted, good story not great. I haven't finished the game yet but I am on disc 3 so not far to go. The length of the campaign doesn't bother me so much as long as it is a great game which it is. My only let down is that it has no multiplayer. Oh, and please no one compare this to the used diaper of a franchise that is COD. This is a top shelf game, not fodder for 12 year old's to play 40 year old's online and rage against each other in one of the most horrid online communities of all time.
This game is very near perfect if not for the lack of an online mode. The weapons were fine and the blood and gore were great. Definitely worth a rent and I will probably buy my copy once the price comes down a little.
