I normally consider most games worth a rental, this is not one of them. The movements are at times restrictive as well as LOS. It primarily offers a mindless run and shoot environment with nothing creative or unique. The name sounds great, however the game is in fact equal to the title. Perhaps this would appeal to the younger crowd that prefer a cartoon type format.

This game has horrible aiming and controls, a bad story (if you can all what there is a story), and annoying music. This is a big rip off of Kill Bill and Matrix. There is a ton of slow-motion. This game is a constant repeat of the last chapter you played over and over. I cant state enough how bad this game is. Just play Max Payne or Far Cry it will be much more fun and entertaining.

WET is one game that members of gamefly should probably try. Its fun, distracting, and a depressingly quick game. Its not a bad game, but when you finish it it gives you that "Ok..." type of feeling. There are way too many holes in the game that keep this from being a hit title and if they made a sequel I wouldn't mind giving it a try.
The gameplay is repetitive, but the game offers a variety of upgrades that keeps you perfectly in tune with the game until the end. Without its slow-mo feature the game would no doubt be a 2 due to the Halo sniper-sized reticle(very small) and before you ask, YES it gets repetitive, but like I said the upgrades keep you from getting TOO bored. Its not Resonance of Fate....
Like I said, and the review scores indicate, this game is definately worth checking out for a quick thrill.
