messed up game!

The game took FOREVER to load(about 2 min).When I played it I could only do a single match.Also when I tried to do"Road to Wreastle Mainia"it would freeze.Plus when I tried to restart the game it wouldn't load no matter how long I leave it on!SO IN THE FUTURE MAKE SURE THE GAME ACUALLY WORKS!!!!!!
