This is one of those PSP games that you play while doing something else. The games are totally random - some amusing and funny, some dumb. Most of the games only require you to hit one button the whole time. Some of the gizmos you get as "rewards" are kinda nifty, like the Eye Spy thing. Others are hella stupid, like the bill splitter. Anyway, if its re-run season and you're just wasting some time watching "Everybody Loves Raymond" or "Family Guy" repeats, you could do worse than this game. If you're a hard-core PSP fan and want an engrossing experience...um, go with something else.

Really Bad

"game-name" is a collection of mini-games, wrapped in a quest style format. The "work time" aspect of the name might not make sense at first but once you play it, you'll understand. See, the only way you could possibly derive even the slightest satisfaction out of any of the various games offered here is if you were at some mind-numbingly awful job and had already grown tired of stapling your hands and sniffing whiteout. Then, and only then, could you conceivably advance further than the very beginning of this truly unusual... Whatever it is.

The one thing "game-name" does manage to do nicely is tie all of these stupid little sub-games together in a pretty package. The problem is that, unfortunately, the meat of the game is playing these ridiculous sub 8-bit jokes. Take for instance PEN-damonium. The object of the game is to place the caps on the correct end of a pen as it comes down an assembly line. Your sole control mechanism are the up and down buttons on the d-pad to rotate the pen. The assembly line never actually moves; you can take as long as you want and the next pen doesn't appear until you hit a button indicating that you've successfully capped your current pen. To top it all off, there is no end. You play forever, or until you get bored, whichever comes first.

I guess it's largely a novelty. The creators will get credit for thinking of it first. And that's about all. I pity the foo who buys this game.

After being completely disappointed by this game, I'm now even more frustrated that Gamefly's stupid content checker thing won't let you put the letters W tee F together because it thinks it's profane. Not only that, you can't use the asterisk or underscore characters. Are you guys owned by a bunch of christian fundamentalists? Seriously, what the f!
