WALL-E has great graphics and follows the characters from the movie pretty well to appeal to fans of the hit movie. However, THQ has a bad habit of making games that annoy the player more than entertain. As usual, there's lots of repetitive destroying of crates for laser and heath recharge, lots of obstacle courses to explore, but when they get into the must perform specific tasks exactly correct to pass without an option to skip, it can frustrate both players and their parents as well. Wall-E controls on a PSP is limited and making running jumps that if missed cause death and level restart until you master it is a real time waster and auto save checkpoints on such areas should be more frequent or at least give the option for various levels of difficulty. THQ rests too much on the draw of the character and graphics than making the game user friendly with better options.
