My rating of this game is not all that high, but that does not mean I think its a bad game. It seems to be a deep game that, if one could get into, would be very enjoyable. There is a lot of micro-management and building, so if you are a fan of the sims games, you may like this one. I was not a big fan of that sort of game, therefore, got a little tired of doing the same tasks again and again trying to impress creatures to coming onto my farm. It's also a little childish. Not just the graphics, but what needs to be done in the game. The mini-games are a lot like pac-man sans ghosts and fruit, and the rest of the time you are planting trees and fruit, also talking to quircky NPC's about what they are selling. Maybe I didn't give the game the chance it deserved, but all I know is it failed to hold my attention after 4 or 5 hours of trying. My final word, rent if you have the required personality traits and like the kind of game where you plant and manage.

This game is addictive fun. I picked it up a few days ago - began playing - and before I knew it - 3 hours of gameplay passed. I found myself sitting at the edge of my seat, focused on the happenings of my garden. As noted in the title of my review - a person of any age can have fun playing this game - I'm 26.
