Viva Pinata for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

This game looks so incredibly stupid, the first time I saw it I said "Wow, why the heck would I want this???" Then I heard about how good it was and I decided to pick a copy up. Really not a bad game. I was stupid to think this was a bad game. But this was before I got my 360. Now I have a 360 and a copy of this game and have to say a few things:
1. Starts out a little repetitive then gets interesting enough you don't want to put it down.
2.Pinatas do NOT like to be hit with shovels.
3. I owe RARE and and Microsoft Studios apologies. I judged Viva Pinata by it's cover and I was wrong the whole time (Except for now when I know what I'm talking about.). Sorry to anyone who worked on Viva Pinata. I will definitely be looking into buying VP: PA and VP: TIP. Overall, worth a buy. Buy it used if you can to get a discount. You won't regret it.

when fist starting to play this game, i figured that it would just building a garden and then taking care of the pinatas that come in and stay. Viva pinata is actually way more complex than just taking care of the animals. you have to have certain things for each animal to just come into your garden and then make sure each one is happy and then also to make them "romance" is another thing to work on. there are so many things to do in this game other than just feeding each animal and making sure they are happy. it is also fun to play and just watch the pinatas roam around your garden and interact. the only thing i dont neccesarily like in the game is often the animals get into fights every other minute. this could be jsut cause my garden is overflowing. but you have to call the doctor to get him healthy again.
overall, this game is great fun. Simply complex with little understanding to make it all work.
