THis is an amazingly fun game. I am not a pro at cover based shooters, and I'm not the kind of guy who spends countless hours playing shooters online. I gave this game a chance because of the great reviews I had read. The game is soo polished and looks amazing. The environments crumble around you and have depth, height, and movement. THe enemies are challenging. This game has no dull moments. Just as you kill one wave of enemies, you are presented a huge towering robot...or three. The best part of the game is that the controls are so tight and intuitive that they are a blast to use, easy to learn, but difficult to master. You can slow time down to fire at enemies and even slide rapidly across the environment. A typical battle will have you covered behind some rubble, dash sliding across the room, slowing speed down to fire at bosses, and sliding back behind some other cover. This all happens so smoothly that if one were to watch you playing they would be be in awe of the cool tricks you just did. RENT THIS GAME! I can't say that enough. It took me about 10 hours to complete. I died several times on certain bosses, but I wasn't frustrated, it made me want to play even more.
this game is problably the enjoying game i've ever played. to me, its just kinda like gears of war 1 and 2, but the hard part is that you have to play fast. the game is long ( for some of that love playing long games) and the graphics are pretty good and realistic looking.

This game was something new and different in gaming. I have not played anything similar to this game. The game itself was hard from time to time but really easy at times as well. It didnt keep a constant stream of enjoyment for me beings that the game seemed to change modes all the time from being hard and getting killed 3-4 times at spots to really easy just running through stuff. Also its not a very long game to play through. The story was also a little blah i thought but otherwise the game was decent enough for me to play for two days.
