I put this into my queue in the vain hopes that I would get a game worth playing. Once again, I was mistaken.
From initial bootup to the very second I turned this atrocity off, I sat there in a bewildered state wondering why I was doing this to myself, and whay the devs did this to us. At the get go, it attempts to build a sense of tense, but falls short and comes off a hack job. From there, the ride only gets worse. The models, while nice while standing still and at a distance, show their wear and tear once the camera gets in close. The only nice thing I can say about this game is the rain effect was done very well, but in this day and age, water should not be a selling point. The models moved in a very jilted manner and had nothing fluid about them except the aforementioned rain effects and whats worse, the lip syncing was horrid.
The controls, while doing what they should do, they didnt do it well. The camera felt off key and the environs were not user friendly a t all. I understand that the game is Splinter Cell with vampires, but that doesnt mean we should make the player feel unfriendly with the system at all times.
If you get your games within a day or so, try it for yourself, otherwise, I suggest putting something more entertaining in your queue.
