Game Description

The Valkyrie Profile series debuts on Nintendo DS in a new turn-based strategy saga with a story grounded in Norse mythology and centered around an epic quest for revenge. The hero, Wylfred, is out to avenge his father's death. Follow his quest through a story with many possible endings and new battlefield enhancements. Watch characters support each other with Dynamic Sieges and use the new Active Formation System to gain skills and fighting advantages. Vanquish your enemies with two all-new attacks. Max out your attack gauge to unleash a Soul Crush or wait until your enemy's defeated to hit them with an Overkill.

Like most Valkyrie Profile games it promises a story that could enrapture you and pull you deep into the characters to the point of becoming lost.
