the urbz is a fashionable hot game all about rep and style. keep your rep up by socializing , but make sure your in an acceptable mood by paying attention to your motives. the out of the box info is pay your RENT! or you will be repossessed.
WORK to pay rent. The most important is to keep villians away by using POWER SOCIALS and they will never come back. so be there 24/7 to get your rep and keep villians away to win over DARIUS' PENTHOUSE.

Not the Best The Series Has To Offer

This started out as a fun Sims addition. Until you were forced into caring for a pet that was more difficult then fun. The pets would have been great, except that you couldn't do anything about the mess they made. Decorating options were limited, which was a disappointment. The load times were longer then other Sims games, which slowed down game play. The jobs, fashions and the introduction of reputation was an interesting twist. If you are a Sims fan, this is an interesting rent, but I wouldn't suggest purchasing it.

Not like any sim game you'll play on the PC but it's a great game on it's own. The appeal of the game is the music. Although no one really understands Slimish the music is still very entertaining and each city has their own genre. Like the music, each city also has it's own style according to it's society. A bigger customization with clothing would have been nice, as they only give you a small selection of colors to choose from but that doesn't detract from the games vast amount of clothing and accessories selections (for a ps2 game that is) which is all pretty good looking.

The game doesn't have much replay value. You'll probably play it through once then won't play or even think about it again for a year or so. Still it's a great game that I would say is a game outside of the sims network. Definitely a PS2 classic in my book :D
